The Association of value-added grain processing companies will hold the anniversary X International Conference “ProStarch 2026: From Raw Materials to Bioeconomy” on April 14-15 in Moscow. The event will take place at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and will gather leading experts, heads of relevant ministries, major processing plants, and investors on one platform to discuss strategic objectives for the development of the bioeconomy in Russia. The conference will be held in a hybrid format, which includes in-person participation and online broadcasts.
Participants can expect a rich business program dedicated to current issues of state support, technological sovereignty, investments, and the introduction of innovative biotechnologies. The key topic of discussion will be the development of existing plants and the prospects for launching new projects. The program also includes a plenary session with the participation of Vitaly Nagalin, Deputy Director of the Federal Center “Agroexport”, Alexander Yanenko, Director of the Kurchatov Institute Research Center — State Research Institute of Genetics, and representatives of relevant departments.
Daria Snitko, Vice President, Head of the Analytical Department of Gazprombank JSC, Tamara Mishagina, Head of Biotechnology Projects at the NTI Sovereign Technology Venture Fund, and Marina Bortova, Deputy General Director of Roskhim JSC, will speak in the panel discussion on financing strategies.

The structure of export shipments is gradually changing towards an increase in the supply of high-value-added products. Traditionally, a round table will be held with the participation of heads of Deep grain processing enterprises.
The scientific and practical session will cover the production of amino acids, biodegradable polymers, and modified starches. Among the participants are Lidia Kuzina, head of the laboratory at the All-Russian Research Institute of Starch, and Ekaterina Sergeyevna Titova, leading researcher at the Research Institute for Education Development of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
